In our home, you just aren’t renting, you are our guest. What is waiting for you at no extra cost:

- Big lobster pot, crackers & pickers if you want to steam them at home
- Foil, plastic wrap, plastic baggies. Who wants to remember to pack those items?
- Bath, beach, kitchen and hand towels. Washcloths.
- Green cleaning supplies
- Cleaning sponges
- Gloves to wear while cleaning if you need them

- Laundry items – detergents, stain removers, and bleach, green and conventional
- 2 hair dryers
- Down comforters with covers for the colder months, quilts for the warmer seasons
- Pillows in zippered pillow covers
- A fan for every room
- A small office with a desk and phone if you need to get work done
- Black-out blinds in the 2 bedrooms that get the most sun. Great for when the baby needs a nap!
- Tweezers and a tick removal tool in the kitchen utility drawer. This is Martha’s Vineyard, we have ticks.
- Air conditioning
- A kitchen filled with all the pot, pans, utensils and dishes you need to cool up a great meal
- A new BBQ grill in 2010! Yay!
- A new sectional sofa in 2010! Yay!
- Ping Pong table and a Foosball in the basement. We have a dehumidifier in the basement so it isn’t icky to be there.
- Beach rolling cart to get all your stuff from your car to the beach

- Cleaning is included.
What are some items we do not provide?
- Sheets or pillow cases. There just isn’t enough time for our cleaner to wash all of the towels & bath mats as well as the sheets, and still have the home ready for the next set of renters. So remember to bring sheets for a king, 2 queens, a twin and a full mattresses.
The list of what we provide far outweighs the list of what we do not provide. I have yet to come across a rental in this price point that offers so much, if I do say so myself.
